Prance around whenever your in the mood (horse and human alike)
Eat your veggies - carrots are the best of course
Eat your fruit - apples, apples and more apples would be fine with Sammy
Take a bath at lease once a week - OK if you're human please do it more often
Keep your feet clean
A good ride through the woods will help you forget your problems (what problems - see you forgot already)
Horses make the best friends
